Dear interlock, I am writing to express my comments regarding the installation at the above address. First, we would like to thank Mike Baldassari for the professionalism he demonstrated during the initial meeting and follow-ups. His knowledge of the product and understanding of our concerns were related in a manner, that novices would understand.
Next, the installers headed by Nikolay were knowledgeable and kept us apprised of the procress during the installation.
Thirdly, I would like to thanj Susan and Miranda for all their customer service support.
Finally, the roof is absolutely beautiful. It looks great and gives our home a new, distinguished look. People stop and stare, to admire its' appearance. Its' appearance provides a stately, stunning look.
This is our second and final roof at this home, which we expect to last for years, to the next Cassaro generation. I would recommend your company and product to anyone thinking about a long lasting solution.
